It's not in the trac, but you can view the patch at the URL
that I posted. My intention was to make a trac ticket after
perhaps some comment by others, especially the
sage-combinat-devel people.

It's based on GAP in that WeylGroup_gens is a derived
class of MatrixGroup_gens which is a wrapper for GAP's matrix
groups.

But it is independent of the Lie code in GAP but rather
is based on combinat/root_system.py which is in turn the
basis of combinat/crystals/ . I think that root_system.py
together with combinat/crystals/ are nearing some point
of completeness from the point of view of someone that
needs to actually do calculations. The lack of Weyl
groups was a gap (no pun intended).
