I see all CI tests failing. In the log it seems that the failure already happens in building the Docker image. "Explain Error" mentions that there's a sphinx version requirement conflict in the log somewhere. That sounds like a configuration error of the CI to me; not an error in the code on the PR. Will that PR get revised testing in the near future?
