Hi sage-devel-opers, Please check PR #39085 <https://github.com/sagemath/sage/pull/39085> where I propose the addition of a pre-commit hook. This checks some aspects of the staged files when one runs `git commit`.
I think it is nice having our own script which we can easily edit to our liking.
