I would like to know how to change Dockerfile in sage-binder-env to use
optional packages.

The sage-binder-env on the master and dev branches uses a docker image that
contains a light-weight sage that has no capability of installing optional
packages.

The (old) conda-based sage-binder-env is still on the "lab" branch. You may
use it to add optional packages. But I don't know if it still works as you
expect. I do not maintain it.
