Hello, On sci.math.symbolic, I saw that Roman Pearce posted some benchmarks from his closed source library for performing sparse multivariate polynomial arithmetic, which can be found at http://www.cecm.sfu.ca/~rpearcea/ . The benchmarks ( http://www.cecm.sfu.ca/~rpearcea/sdmp/2008_04_01/benchmarks.txt ) are pretty impressive.
