It does not look Sage clearly fits into one of their types. Anyhow, RedHat (wholly owned by IBM nowadays) is known to be subverting open source in general, and GPL in particular, for years. I would take whatever they write on this topic with a very big grain of salt, as it might be merely creating more open-source FUD.
