We don't test this platform. 
Has the installation succeeded in building any platform wheels yet? (What 
does "ls venv/var/lib/sage/" say?)
If you do something like "/usr/bin/python3 -m pip install --user numpy", 
does it succeed and what whl file does it try to install?
