Hi, At https://github.com/sagemath/sage/pull/35848 I'm trying to make sage build with flint3. It does build on my laptop, but autoreconf seems to behave differently locally and on the CI VMs, and I have no idea why. It would be great if someone with more knowledge of autotools and/or our CI infrastructure could take a look.
