What if you want to install on other Ubuntu versions, but via 
mamba/conda/whatever?


When conda-forge is in use, all packages (including compilers etc.) should 
come from conda-forge; then the distribution does not matter. Trying to mix 
OS distribution packages with conda packages is likely not a good idea.
