I had failures in tut.tex (in particular, reduced_groebner_bases
failed), const.tex and
the following tests failed:


        sage -t  devel/sage-main/sage/rings/polynomial/groebner_fan.py
        sage -t  devel/sage-main/sage/plot/plot.py
