And coincidentally I don't test building Sage under SUSE. I did for a long time, but then ran into a bug in their compilers, and couldn't figure out how to install new compilers since SUSE uses rpms, etc., and it's just not friendly like Debian-based systems are. (Even though I used Redhat for 6 years, I still find apt-get way easier.) I'll try again. > > [EMAIL PROTECTED] /etc/issue > > > Welcome to openSUSE 10.2 (X86-64) - Kernel \r (\l). > > Each of the 4 processors is like this: > > > processor : 3 > vendor_id : AuthenticAMD > cpu family : 15 > model : 65 > model name : Dual-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2220 > stepping : 3 > cpu MHz : 2800.164 > cache size : 1024 KB > physical id : 1 > siblings : 2 > core id : 1 > cpu cores : 2 > > fpu : yes > fpu_exception : yes > cpuid level : 1 > wp : yes > flags : fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic sep mtrr pge > mca cmov pat pse36 clflush mmx fxsr sse sse2 ht syscall nx mmxext > fxsr_opt rdtscp lm 3dnowext 3dnow pni cx16 lahf_lm cmp_legacy svm > cr8_legacy > bogomips : 5600.66 > > TLB size : 1024 4K pages > clflush size : 64 > cache_alignment : 64 > address sizes : 40 bits physical, 48 bits virtual > power management: ts fid vid ttp tm stc > > > > > > On 23/02/2008, Simon King <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > > Dear Sage team, > > > > totallyreal.py failed for me as well. > > > > I was building from scratch.
