That's very good news. The people at ISSAC are mostly researchers who
work
on algorithms for symbolic computation. They will have likely heard
of Sage,
but they may not have actually seen it. A quick demo would go over
well.
Also, you can mention some of the areas where Sage has seen original
development of state-of-the-art algorithms (HNF, Zp[x], etc). People
will
be very interested in that. You probably don't want to emphasize
other
systems too much (ie: better than system X), just say that Sage is
the
fastest at this and talk about the things people are working on next.

Also, it might be worth talking a bit about Sage programming. Unlike
other
systems, if you're going to work on Sage you learn Python, which you
can
use to write applications too. That's a big plus. You should probably
also
mention that you can compile the code, etc, to get native speed.

But the overall draw of ISSAC is algorithms. The audience wants to
use
fast algorithms and develop fast algorithms and develop new
algorithms
that probably aren't fast for problems nobody knows how to solve.
You can give a very positive view of Sage development and it will
attract the interest of some very good people.
