Hello folks, here is the first alpha0 for 2.10.2. It has been greatly delayed by SD7 and then at least on my end by the cold I brought home from it that put me out of commission for two days. The big changes in this release are
* Debianization of the build system * unramified and eisenstein extensions * code for enumerating totally real fields The tarball [206MB] is available at the usual place: http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mabshoff/release-cycles-2.10.2/sage-2.10.2.alpha0.tar Cheers, Michael The unramified and eisenstein extensions seem to cause the vast majority of doctest failures listed below. I am not quite sure if I missed a patch or something else happened during the merge of the bundle. devel/sage-main/sage/combinat/partition_algebra.py devel/sage-main/sage/groups/group.pyx devel/sage-main/sage/misc/functional.py devel/sage-main/sage/rings/padics/padic_ZZ_pX_CA_element.pyx devel/sage-main/sage/rings/padics/padic_ZZ_pX_CR_element.pyx devel/sage-main/sage/rings/padics/padic_capped_relative_element.pyx devel/sage-main/sage/rings/padics/padic_generic.py devel/sage-main/sage/rings/padics/padic_generic_element.pyx devel/sage-main/sage/rings/padics/pow_computer_ext.pyx devel/sage-main/sage/rings/padics/tests.py devel/sage-main/sage/rings/padics/padic_ZZ_pX_FM_element.pyx devel/sage-main/sage/rings/padics/padic_ZZ_pX_element.pyx devel/sage-main/sage/rings/polynomial/multi_polynomial.pyx devel/sage-main/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/ell_generic.py devel/sage-main/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/ell_padic_field.py devel/sage-main/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/ell_point.py devel/sage-main/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/ell_rational_field.py devel/sage-main/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/ell_tate_curve.py devel/sage-main/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/padic_lseries.py devel/sage-main/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/padics.py devel/sage-main/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/sha.py devel/sage-main/sage/schemes/hyperelliptic_curves/ hyperelliptic_padic_field.py Merge que: #1963: David Roe: [latest bundle + followup patch merged, still open] #1893: David Kohel: Added graphical plotting to discrete random variables #2153: David Kohel: Defined Hom parent of group homomorphisms.
