Done, there isn't much functionality in there yet. Added a section "Algebra", a random previous release tour I looked (3.4.1) had Algebra and Commutative Algebra separated. Feel free to move/edit that paragraph somewhere else. Also added non-existing links to where the documentation will be when 9.2 is released. If this is non-acceptable I'll change that to link to the track tickets. Cheers,
