Hello, I'm posting this here as it may help improving the documentation of sage math and the install guide of Cplex.
A colleague (with very little system knowledge) just installed sagemath on his new macOS laptop using the precompiled binary sage-9.1-OSX_10.15.4-x86_64.app.dmg. He also installed Cplex Studio 12.10. Then he followed the install guide of Cplex from https://github.com/mkoeppe/sage-numerical-backends-cplex and got the following error. I don't know how to solve this issue.
