The key issue is that ATLAS's tolerance was exceeded and the build
failed. This is a known issue, i.e. #1641, and will be fixed in
2.10.2. I didn't have time in the end to fix it, so sorry. Restarting
the build on a less loaded box should make it build. Since we added
tuning information for Pentium Ms it should also build in roughly 20
minutes, if it doesn't please let us know so we can add tuning info
for your specific Pentium M model.
