Add them to

http://wiki.sagemath.org/experimental_packages_available_for_SAGE

and add content to the pages linked from there. Somebody with some
time could could fix that page up a little since right now it is
rather basic. You should stick the description of the spks into the
spkg prefix like

http://wiki.sagemath.org/spkg/mpfr

and also add a SPKG.txt (if it isn't already there) in the format of

http://wiki.sagemath.org/spkgTemplate

We should move all the old spkg descriptions in that directory to have
them all in one place and while we are at it clean them up piece by
piece. While I am doing that for many of the standard spkgs as I
update them volunteers to help out with the task are certainly
welcome.

FYI: wxPython at least on OSX 10.5 is shipped per default by Apple, so
it must be possible to build.
