I think the command is (stupidly?)

   sage -pkg folder_with_stuff

By the way, the source version of the package should be something
that can just be dropped in and it should _not_ contain any of the
binary jar's.   Imagine a paranoid person who builds everything from
source -- they remove any binaries from Sage, scan all the sources,
then build everything, even their toolchain.

I think if you call folder_with_stuff

         jmol-11.5.1.src

then make it an spkg  jmol-11.5.1.src.spkg
then it will be a 100% drop-in replacement for mol-11.5.1.spkg.

I'll make it available as an optional spkg download and put a note about
it on the main source download page.
