Hi. I finally did something about the non-working sage-trac email notification and I got it to work. The main problem was that
smtp_enable=false needed to be fixed (among other things). I also default CC the google group sage-trac. In addition the owner, reporter and commenter is always CCed. That might be overkill, so we need to figure out whether to disable some of them per default. Let me know if anything is broken.
