There is a COPYRIGHT.T in vega05/setup/.

Hm. I guess prof. Pisanski (or COMOT: 
http://vega.ijp.si/Htmldoc/people/COMOT.HTM)
will have to grant a special license - most probably GPL. He also
maintains the source.
