Hi, I created a Cython Debian package, which you can download from my repository:
http://debian.certik.cz/ It works, information how to easily use it on Debian is in README.Debian, but it still needs some work until it could be uploaded to unstable (man page, copyright etc.), but those are mostly cosmetic changes. I will do this later.
