I think that this should be very simple with iptables, provided that the
kernel has been compiled with the right options, and that the relevant
options are --uid-owner and --gid-owner. Unfortunately, I don't know any
more than that, though. (So what I really mean is that this might be
really simple for an iptables expert, or even for someone with a little
bit of iptables knowledge.)
