Yes, that's it.  It is actually very easy to add functions to Sage's
PARI C library interface.  In fact, now that you know it is so easy,
perhaps you could add all the functions that are missing :-)
It's easy, but gets tedious (because you *have* to add examples,
better documentation than PARI has from "?foo", etc.)
