I made a few changes to the CSS/HTML for the notebook as an initial foray to cleaning it up a bit. I've posted a patch at http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/attachment/ticket/643/css.patch . Could people test it out and see if the changes are sane on other browsers?
