Ah, yeah, I only want an algebraic closure of Q. Of course an algebraic closure of an algebraic number field K doesn't give you something different, since K contains Q anyway. But hopefully some of the rest of what I say still makes some sense.
Magma also offers the algebraic closure of a finite field and function field too.
