I think that when it comes to logos that simple is good.  It should
look good and be recognizable when scaled down.  This pretty much
eliminates ones with actual words.  It'd be good to have one that can
be easily separated from the word/letters SAGE.  I like the idea of a
sage leaf.  Maybe a variation of Tom's leaf without the rock?
