My current plan is "as soon as possible". I've updated the trac roadmap http://www.sagemath.org:9002/sage_trac/roadmap The main nontechnical obstruction is that I'm moving into a new house and have to unpack and organize a huge amount of stuff. Otherwise I don't forsee any major difficulties.
