Dear all,
On 21.03.25, Pr.Sec. Dept of HFW, GoMAHA convened a VC  of the NGOs working
in mental space for better understanding of the problems in the
sector.FAVMI Mumbai represented by the 2 Directors Mrs.Saraswati Suresh &
Dr.Sachin Ganorkar  along with FACEMI  India represented by me were also
smong the invitees who participated. The Secretary sprltcout a format for
intro & the work we are doing and our suggestions. We are happy  to say
that in his concluding remarks the Secretary  mentioned 2 out of the 5
agenda points that we are working for   in some States in India. These are
108 ambulance for Psychiatric patients along with the SOPs;   the other one
is online sale of JANAUSHADI  Psychiatric medicines  for  accessible and
affordable meds. We are grateful to the Govt for the same.We hope to be
making a breakthru in BMC. very soon.
