There have been many recent developments on film accessibility for people with sensory disabilities post PILs.
There is confusion however about which films are available with what features - captions in what languages, audio description in WhatsApp language, delivery methodology of the same via which app / system. As part of the certification process (censor stage?) if these requirements are plugged in as a template submission, and this info available centrally on CBFC website, it would sort out the unnecessary chaos.
