There have been many recent developments on film accessibility for people
with sensory disabilities post PILs.

There is confusion however about which films are available with what
features - captions in what languages, audio description in WhatsApp
language, delivery methodology of the same via which app / system.

As part of the certification process (censor stage?) if these requirements
are plugged in as a template submission, and this info available centrally
on CBFC website, it would sort out the unnecessary chaos.

That would leave only the problem of cinema halls choosing not to display
available closed captioning, or communicating which days captioned shows
would be available.
