As I understand there is some ideas to adopt only LTS versions, in
that case next sabily release should be 12.04.x and in this case we
have the name; For 14.04 we will see :)

Yes we have a standard, names of Muslim Scientists, for 12.04 we
already (two years ago) choose "Ibn-AlBaytar":
