As Salamu Alaykum.
I have been working lately and today I accomplished my task but
on windows, I designed a web browser that blocks access to inappropriate
sites. I know its not perfect so I wanted to ask if anyone knows how a
firewall that can check contents on the ports 80 and 8080 and filter out
inappropriate and unwanted contents. I currently don't have gambas
installed so i will try and design the same browser on gambas as soon as
i re-install it. Since my code is not yet finalized, but let me share my
algorithm pending on when I make a final version;
1. start
2. Get website.
3. Does page contains any keyword (Array of strings defining words such
as "+18")
4. If yes then go back and pop warning message
5. If No then continue browsing.
My research showed that even if we block the sites and IP currently
known, new web sites and blogs are built daily. I really would like
Sabily to be free from all these things so please help me. As soon as I
finish making this version I am working on, I will upload the codes for
everyone.
