Public bug reported:

Assalamo alaykom,

As you can see in attachment, there is no "OK" button to validate values
in settings window, and so when I put any value in the first three
fields and then close directly the settings window and then open it
again I find the old values (default ones are only 0), the solution I
find to make it working is to press "return" button on my keyboard on
each field after setting the new value! that works for me like that but
it should improved.
