I think it would be easier to get people from Saudi Arabia interested in Ubuntu and FOSS by delivering an Ubuntu satisfy the needs of Muslims, thats "Sabily"! This is why I'd like to invite you to join Sabily-Team and Help us spread Ubuntu, FOSS and Sabily to those who are interested.
