actually nanny-data copies the nanny.nbl file, but I don't see it in the nanny GUI (in System-Administration-Blacklists) so I think the user has to add it using this GUI...
I don't use ubuntu one but with mintupload you can share a file with a few clicks from nautilus (right-click on the file->upload->you get the url of the shared file) and no need to create an account. For example, it's like uploading an image on imageshack but faster.
