Assalamo alaykom, There a web site that provide this service (a feed of Ahadeeth), I know it in Arabic and here the web site and the subscription page: http://www.balligho.com/ now when I surf the site again I find that there is an english section, I don't know if it is just a translated subscription page in english that provide Arabic content or a real translated service so it provides translated Ahadeeth, here the link: http://www.balligho.com/english/
