Asslamu alaikom, Before, i was wondering why vlc is the best player, till i discovered many many possibilities given by VLC which others can't do. I personally prefer to keep it always with me.. For example , vlc is capable to open and stream hardware capture, RECORDING from any hardware or software source, diffusing media over a network (even internet) , remoting the diffusion server by a linux client ( :D i think that's enough to convince all brothers keeping this program) .. And by the way, i have many medias that sabily's totem can't play, while VLC does!
