It might be suitable as a wallpaper, but I'm afraid not for plymouth/login backgrounds. The reason is that plymouth/login backgrounds need some clear area in the middle of the screen, so the art needs to be done at the top, sides & very bottom. Please have a look at the file bg_2560x1600.png in http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/p/plymouth-theme-sabily/plymouth-theme-sabily_1.0.tar.gz The area under "Gaza release" will contain the logo (sabily-logo.png), and under the logo there will be the boot progress indication (4 dots, but that can be changed, I just copied it from Ubuntu's theme), under the progress indication there would be some boot messages. Then there will be some space left at the bottom, so there is the ayah at the bottom.
