For the history of Sabily, we did not write it before, just one brother make an interview with me (in Arabic) about Sabily (in which I spook about the history of Sabily) and then he publish it in many Arabic forums, if you search for an official history of Sabily you should ask brother Mehdi since he is the one who start Sabily Project.
