Wa alaykom assalem, You need just a launchpad account (if you don't have one, try to register, if you have and forgot your password try to regenerate it, if all that doesn't work try to contact launchpad admins). After log in into launchpad you go to the url of our team (the link I sent in the previous mail) then you will find a button "join team" click on and edit your subscription settings. That's all :)
