I'm using s3cmd version 1.0.1 I noticed when I sync from an s3 bucket to a directory on my laptop the option --skip-existing does not seem to do anything. Everything is downloaded again.
Also, --delete-removed appears to just delete everything from the laptop directory and then re-download everything.
