Michal Ludvig January 19, 2011 9:12 PM Hi Joe, It may or may not fix it. In your case it should replace the "^H" character (which is a backspace) by something more sane, perhaps underscore. That's cool, but after my next sync won't it just replace this filename with the filename with the ^H again with no manually provided exclude list? What does this command do, exactly? As it turns out I don't care about salvaging this particular file, but it would be nice to know more about this problem because I'm fairly certain that I've run into this before as well.
