It would be nice if the manpage documented which checks are performed
during a sync (ie. size and MD5).  This is not immediately obvious,
since sync_checks does not appear in .s3cfg, and even the S3 docs don't
plainly say that ETag is in fact the MD5 hash.  (To be honest, I thought
that s3cmd would naively re-upload every file.)
