Thanks for the report. I've created a fix that's now in the development
repository. The date and signature should be updated before every retry.
Could you test whether it behaves better?

See the "Subversion" section at http://s3tools.org/download for info on
how to get the development version. I could eventually build a package
for you if you experience any difficulties with subversion.
