It's not necessary but shouldn't do any harm, should it? At least the
packager will know that s3cmd will require ET for its run.

In the RPM spec file (RPM packaging "script") I've got ET as a build
prerequisite so it's installed before building the binary RPM.

I don't see a reason why to disable the check in setup.py...?
