Amazon does. S3cmd 0.9.9-pre2 has a workaround implemented and would
have reissued the request. I'll see if I have time to backport it to
0.9.8.x branch. Can't promise it, you're better off upgrading to
0.9.9-pre2, it's stable don't worry :-)
