there are people who still think i have a "42" brain damage, and

This is not only me, but it seems Stephen Isard contributes to the
codebase as such since at least November 2004, and that is almost
22 years!!
Unfortunately i have not yet had time to do the automatic
reconnection of IMAP that you, dear Stephen, have asked for, and
also the OAuth helper needs to "keep the credentials hot", instead
of being asked once when the credentials are actually needed.
This is pretty bad technically, and on the TODO list. (Whether
that can be solved for v14.10.0 i do not know yet, but i should
be solved along the v14.10.* path for sure.)
At least, a weak consolation that is, our new s-nail-config(7) (or
mailx-config(7) or however it is named) contains the full set of
OAuth macros to be used, ready for copy-and-paste.
So it could end up (mostly) as only adding
\xcall my-oauth-activate
at the end of an "account" macro block.
Now break.
This is an alpha release. It is practically super-stable, but
things are missing that i really want to have in v14.10, and there
are some bugs unfixed; most of them are already in released code,
but still, i think it should be fixed right away simply by
installing v14.10.
