All are ok, there is not problem, don't worry for the password. Because i have enable the "two step verification", so i need an app-password for using with s-nail. I have canceled the specific app-password. In our case now... I use s-nail 14.9.19-1 (Arch version). I readed very carefully, your answer. It was very very informative. So i made some steps, some changes Yes, you are right about SECRET must be URL-encoded. Τhis point had escaped me while reading the s-nail guide. So with the command which you wrote to me ( I re-readed the guide again ), i specified myusename and password as part of a URL. Wooow it is very different from what i used till present. !!! The error-message was changed lightly : [email protected] requires a password: mail: A password is necessary for smtp authentication mail: ... message not sent So i made one more change, i deleted the line with "set mta=smtp://....." and this was...i sent an email with the outlook account. :) :) I have a question.
