Or the defaults are missing |from this release? No, that is conscious. The old colours were nothing but a hack and announced like that. Except for colour-pager and colour-disable, which were already designed as being upward compatible. The new ones are upward compatible as such, they will only gain some extensions over time. No defaults, no. That is, i stated it from the start that i consider S-nail to be in transition until we reach v15. In the meanwhile it has become quite stable (or scratch the quite even!) and gained upward compatible changes, but we are not at v15 yet. For example, you will be able to crash it if you create a loop by using the new macros and interrupt the loop execution: it may take time, or not, but after several tries you can cause a crash, if not in S-nail itself then by caused data corruption in linked libraries. All this is owed to the BSD style signal handling of the codebase, which will go away in v15, saving thousands and thousands of signal related systemcalls over a week of use. (I start it on Monday and exit it on Saturday.)
