Slinky like Grosics (but i was a fan of Harry Gregg) i've tried to
add something that can be used for HTML log reports etc.:

  ./s-nail -:/ -Smimetypes-load-control -Sexpandaddr \
    -m /usr/share/doc/mutt/manual.html ./OUT

and

  < ./s-nail -:/ -Smimetypes-load-control -Sexpandaddr \
    -M text/html ./OUT

both will do what you have asked for, i'm still wondering a bit
wether i like it, though. The codebase is pretty restricted in
that very area -- and will remain so for some time --, and this
means that defined injections (*message-inject-{head,tail}*,
*signature*) have to be actively suppressed in order for this to
work. Etc.

However, because of generated HTML logs etc. i think adding such
a feature was due. Thanks for the suggestion.

P.S.: for now this is on the [crawl] branch only, because rebasing
to [next] would have been quite some effort. It'll eventually
land there in the upcoming weeks, sorry! The commit is

[-] Add -M and -m options (SZÉPE Viktor, Ralph Corderoy)

Ciao!
