That was its name! rlwrap! Yes, that i remembered. |enough and including readline code in s-nail itself isn't necessary. ^_^ Yes, but see my other posts. E.g., it is very nice to get an at least basic line editor on a restricted system, i.e., without imposing external dependencies, out of the box. And just wait a few more changesets, and you will be able to `bind' commands to key-sequences of your desire. And then i didn't even think about the resources that are not needed compared to readline or even readline/rlwrap yet. Impressive storm on the ML.
